THE WHY:
We're dedicated to providing students with a quality education—and that begins and ends with well-qualified, hard-working, and passionate teachers. Our dedicated teachers work long hours, from early mornings to late evenings, pouring out their hearts each day as they love their students and shape their futures.

Most of these teachers divide their time between teaching at local public schools and serving in the tutorial program at one of our two project sites in Ambo. The smaller classroom size of the tutorial program allows teachers to spend more time answering questions, tailoring lesson plans, and mentoring students.

THE HOW:
You can sponsor a teacher by making a one-time, monthly, or annual contribution. The average salary of a teacher is $2,900 annually or $242 per month—and any amount helps support their vital work. Teacher sponsorship is open to all—whether you’re an individual, a Sunday School class, a group of friends, or even a school, you can join together to make a difference.
